Boyfriend wants to move in with his platonic female friend?

My boyfriend of 8 months lives in a house with 5 other people right now, none of them are really friends, just share a house. Rent is too expensive there and he wants to move out with a very long time female friend. It's not that I feel like something physical will happen between them, but it's things like the fact that I don't want another female too close up in my space, I don't want to have to put on a phony face everytime I go to see him, I don't want her biasness in possible future arguments between me and him and I don't want her infiltrating his brain with her religious jargin. Also, I feel like he will go to the bar more often if he lives with a friend and be a less responsible person. What do i do? I'm going to tell him all of this tonight, what is a good way to do it? And please help me organize my thoughts to prepare a list of reasons why it's not a good idea in regards to our relationship. I really like this lady, but I don't think I will if my man lives with her.
