The first part sounds right, the media has always blown things way out proportion and added way too much attention to small, meaningless details. For your second question, I feel any method of politics where the public is directly involved is better than what we have, minus communism. As for the third question, it has nothing to do with racism. Obama is a Democrat, and a large portion of this country is Republican. This why there's such a "bitter tone" towards him in the m media, as well as the general public.
