Is Hugo Chavez insane? Can Americans trust anything he says?

Just take a good look at Chavez he is not only insane , he is and ignorant , stupid with no education and he will take his own country to nothing, this is a very rich country and people are allready leaving it is really a shame that we can do nothing to stop him from destroying not only his own country all of Latin America.
