My ares will not connect. i'm using 2.0.9.3030 version. it says connecting but it won't connect. HELP!!?

is down they just caught some guy burning Cd's and selling them on ebay and he has to pay like 50,000.00dls and Ares has to pay like 250,000.00 so the site is down
