What would you do?

I'm taking an english comp cl. The cl is fairly challenging. So far this semester, I have received an A on each paper I've submitted. My study partner has received 2 Ds and 2 Fs. She makes no attempt to understand the material, and told me on our most recent ignment that she has read "most" of the igned book to read and that she "got the gist of the story". Well now that it's crunch time, she comes crying to me about her grades. I got her to request the opportunity to resubmit her last paper to try for a better grade. I told her exactly what to write, and the instructor said yes. I corrected her paper (52 grammatical and spelling errors within 4 pages) and told her what she needed to do to finish. She didn't even turn it in! Now she's bugging me to work together on the final paper. I think she wants me to do her work, which I refuse to do. If she would just make an effort it wouldn't be so bad. Should I help or cut her her loose? She needs this cl to graduate.
