What do you prefer or think is better?

i have NOT used fleece but i HAVE used the string, and i believe they last longer, the only thing is that the strings will collect alot of hais whilst the fleece will easily clean but will take a longer amount of time to dry, the strings have not rubbed nor bured and of my horses but they are harder to clean
