Vegetarian Low-Carb diet?

Go simple! Use foods like the regular vegetables and such. Without meat, try using stuff like leafy greens. Dont just eat salad all day. Mix it up! And give yourself some room to be outside of the lines a bit. Even though atkins advises no fruit, try a smoothie with a lot of soy yogurt (Silk Live yogurt is awesome) and add just a small bit of fruit. Or check out some of the foods in the link below. It has mostly food reviews on places in Atlanta, but also has lots of awesome stuff about food. This dude is a vegan and pretty much studies food. His site may help.
