How would you deal with this and do you feel she is an unfit Mum?

it is very offensive... that she would even let the child look at a cigarette... she should be ashamed of herslef... but to have this kind of treatment was a little to far... and if you ask me the picture looks as though the cig had been photoshopped in... it looks fake... im not defending her however if she is dumb enough to post such a vile picture online she is smart enough to deal with the problem it is going to cause... she needs to learn when things are appropreiate and not... this was far beyond apprpreiate... she should have to take partenting cles to learn whats it right and not right... smokin is bad and should not be instilled in a childs mind at that age the little boy is going to think it is ok to smoke because it didn't hurt him to have the stick in his mouth... she needs to mture a little... but i do still think that the picture looks fake...
