How do I spend more time with my granddaughter?

My 29 year old daughter thinks she's and she has recently given birth to a baby girl. She has been with this other woman for a while now and I know that its wrong. I don't want my granddaughter growing up around two s and growing up like them. My daughter doesn't get along with me because I told her that what she was doing wasn't right, so she won't let me spend me time with her daughter. Is the law on my side? Can I get a court order so that I can see her?
