Help with sorority founding!?

so at my high school a teacher wants to start a sorority for latinas. we are hoping to lead the young hispanic girls into achieving greater academic sucess. but one thing we dont have yet is a name. we cant come up with any. We want a name that 1) defines who we are and whatwe are doing, 2)is cly 3) since being part of this group can be in our college applications we want a name that stands out and catches attention. any idesa? well school name is John Adams, our mascot is an eagle. um thats all!
