A friend of mine never came or called my husband when his dad ped away?

I called and left a message for them the day he ped (3 months ago), then she never called me, I called her thinking something was wrong, but she told me she did get the message, but has been sooooo busy, she said they would come by the weekend, but they never called or came. I never called them because I was disgusted at the situation. Now 3 months later she decides to call as if nothing happened. I do not want anything to do with them bec. they did not have respect for us. Should I put them on my **** list?
