Fake vs. real s?

i had a job 3 yrs ago. i went from a 34 a/b to a 34D. why? bec i simply wanted to. i am not a . not a slut. and i dont have mental issues. i am a successful physician who simply wanted to enhance her body. i have read all the negativity on this subject in this webspace and just want to say that to stereotype people is unfair. and for the record, to the women And men who think they are gross....well....they feel beautiful, they look amazing, my boyfriend loves them like crazy, and yes, i have been with the same guy since before the surgery. i think they are wonderful and beautiful. i have no regrets. my question is, why is YOUR self esteem so low that u all need to be so judgemental and insulting? u only live once, and if the medicine and technology and money is there, then why the hell not?
