Does anyone watch the Duggars on 20 kids and counting?

Do you think that they are mentally ill for wanting to have 20+ children? The woman is hitting menopause and she still wants more kids. Her recent baby was a born pre-mature at 24 weeks and she still wants more??? I think it is to a point now where she has a mental illness. I think she probably feels useless as a woman if she cant have children? and I doubt they know there children well, how can you when you have 20 of them, a TV show and a thriving real estate business and pay attention to your kids? Poor, kids, they probably feel neglected even thought they don't show it on TV.
