Carbs during the week and fats during the week-end, vegetables and fruit always, no sugar. What do you think?

I don't want to eat fat at all during the week, only carbs like rice, noodles and potatoes are allowed. During the week-end i want to go into ketosis (atkins) and eat meat and fat but no carbs. Vegetables and fruit are always good, while sugar, coffee and alcohol are not allowed. What do you think about it?
