What are some good recipes for Crock-Pots?

I have decided we have had too many stews from it. What else is easy to make and you can cook it in the crock pot?

Did your family's opinions influence you in having/ not having a second child when...?

My daughter is 9 months and the love of mine and my husbands lives, along with both of our families. For about the first 6 months of her life I was dead set that I wasnt having another until she was at least 4. Now that shes crawling and learning to walk, and becomming more and more grown up I cant help but want another little baby around. Also a lot of my close friends are starting to get pregnant or are trying to get pregnant either for their first or second time. I am pretty convinced that I'd like to get preggo again this up comming winter but my hubby will take a little convincing. We both know that if we wait for the "right" time we'll never have another baby. And I've kind of gotten over the idea of a "right" time. However his family is a huge influence in his decision and I am kind of wary about telling my mother in a few months that we might start trying again. I was in the first semester of my sopre year of college when I preggy with our now 9 month ols daughter.

When did dinosaurs first exist? When did birds first exist? What about the teradactyl?

I was reading an article that said "birds are the modern versions of dinosaurs." I was wondering if the birds we see today existed when dinosaurs roamed the Earth. Did fish exist then too? Also, how did dinosaurs become extinct. When the event (of their extinction) occured, reptiles such as alligators and turtles survived, right? I'm not sure.. Also, if those sea animals survived, why couldn't the teradactyl survive? It has wings and since I read that "birds are modern day dinosaurs" ..why couldn't they survive too along with other species with wings? Also, were there any dinosaurs that lived in water at the time when dinosaurs lived? Julian and Jessamine?

What do you think of these two names (for a boy and girl, respectively)? Julian (joo-LEE-in) and Jessamine (jess-uh-meen) or do you like (jess-uh-min) better? The nicknames will be Jules and Jessa. But I don't have middle names either. All opinions and suggestions are welcome!

Would it be alright for a young Mormon ( temple worthy) to work as a barista at Starbucks?

Granted that most who come in for coffee may not be LDS, still are we paving the way for their sin? After all, some Drs say that drinking coffee may ultimately lead to the improper drinking of spirits, smoking cigarettes and even pot, etc. What do you think?

EPIC fantasy football situation?

i am not asking for advice on what i should do, since i cant change my line up at this point. i just wanna kno if u guys think i will win my match up or not. right now as i type i lead by .04 of a point AND we both have only one person starting tomorrow AND it just so happens that both of our players are running backs AND we are both in the running for playoffs. from what i can tell, whoever wins this match up goes to the playoffs....so down to the situation...i have LT, my opponent has Green-Ellis. Which ever RB has the most points wins the match up...Who is it gonna be?

Should the House Ways and means committee be composed of people who actually understand dynamic economics?
